The Canadian Network for Musicians’ Health and Wellness is an interdisciplinary network that brings together individuals interested in music, health, and education. We aim to support collaboration, research, advocacy, and resource-sharing related to musicians’ health and well-being.
Our Mission
The Canadian Network for Musicians’ Health and Wellness aims to create a network of collaborators within the music and health community dedicated to working together to:
Increase knowledge and understanding of musicians’ health through research;
Advocate for healthy and ethical practices in music performance and education;
Develop evidence-informed resources for educating and promoting health and well-being of musicians;
Promote sharing of knowledge and resources between network members;
Build bridges between interdisciplinary network members of varying backgrounds.
